When your mortgage is up for renewal, do not sign on the dotted line; instead, call a broker as we have the knowledge and expertise to advise you on what's best. I'm certain that we will be able to provide you with some alternative superior options or at least give you some insight on your decision. Remember, a mortgage is not simply about the interest rate; while certainly important, the overall mortgage product is where you will save thousands of dollars.
